Fixed canvas coordinate drift when zooming in with ground leveling active.
Bug Fix — Canvas Coordinate Drift
A bug was identified where the screen-space overlay (ground line, wheelbase label, CoG reference) would drift away from the correct position when the user zoomed in with ground leveling active.
Root cause
The overlay was computing tire contact points in un-rotated mm-space and then applying the rotation matrix — but the rotation origin differed by a small offset between the two canvas layers, causing accumulating drift at high zoom levels.
Fix
All screen-space calculations now use a shared rotation origin anchored to the BB (bottom bracket) pixel position, consistent across all canvas layers. The overlay is also re-drawn on every ResizeObserver event to handle panel resize correctly.

The True_Fit system is now calculating real contact-point geometry at 25% sag across all sizes.
What is True_Fit?
Traditional geometry charts show reach and stack measured from a static, unloaded frame. True_Fit goes further: it calculates where your actual contact points (bars, saddle, pedals) land when the bike is ridden at 25% sag — the position that matters for fit.

64-step undo/redo history, per-design photo backgrounds, and automatic ground-level rotation.
Kinematic Editor Update
The kinematic editor received a major quality-of-life update this week.
New features
- Undo / Redo — 64-step history, keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Y
- Ground leveling — the bike canvas automatically rotates so both tyre contact points are on the same horizontal line
- Background photo — upload a side-view photo as a canvas backdrop and dial in opacity
- Screen-space overlay — wheelbase, ground line and CoG reference stay level on screen even as the bike rotates
Anti-Rise & Anti-Squat
The AR and AS calculations now use pixel-space geometry, so they are always consistent with the drawn chainline regardless of rotation or zoom.

You can now enter your body measurements manually to generate a full BDC profile.
Manual Rider Scan
While we finalise the AI BodyScan feature, you can now enter your measurements manually and generate a complete Body Dimension Chart (BDC) profile.
What you measure
- Body height
- Inseam, femur, shin, ankle
- Hip width, hip-to-shoulder, shoulder width
- Upper arm, forearm, grip-to-wrist
- EU shoe size, helmet circumference
What you get
- Full stickman skeleton scaled to your exact proportions
- Geometry recommendations based on your BDC
- Saddle height, reach, and stack estimates
- Compatibility check against your saved bike builds
The AI BodyScan (phone camera → automatic landmark detection) is in development and will replace the manual process for most users. Manual entry will remain as a fallback.
